We have looked at birds and how they survive the Winter. We discussed birds that migrate and why they might migrate to warmer places for the Winter. We thought about the birds that stayed in our country and the difficulties they may have in finding food.
We chose a bird feeder to make and hung it from a tree outside our
classroom. We also went on a bird hunt in our school grounds.
